Refund Policy

Start2Finish offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Confetti. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation needed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you bought with, or email us at support@start2finish.app and we will arrange it for you.

When you can expect the money

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually posts the money within 5 to 10 business days.

Renewals and cancelling

Confetti renews automatically every three months at $2.99. You can cancel at any time from your Paddle receipt at paddle.net or by contacting us, and you keep access for the rest of the quarter you have already paid for. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.
