Terms & Conditions

These terms form an agreement between you and Start2Finish ("we", "us"), the provider of the Confetti phone book app ("Confetti", the "Service"). By creating a PIN, buying a plan or continuing to use Confetti, you agree to these terms. If you are using Confetti on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement.

The Service

Confetti is a personal phone book that lets you log incoming calls, file numbers into important, regular and business contact lists, review a quarterly roundup of older numbers, share video links with contacts, choose colour themes and lock the app behind a 6-character PIN. Your contact data is stored on your own device.

Your account and PIN

You are responsible for keeping your PIN and device secure and for all activity that happens through your copy of the app. Please give us accurate information when you buy a plan and keep it up to date. We cannot recover a forgotten PIN or the data protected by it.

Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Confetti within the plan you have selected. You may not reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical limits.

Acceptable use

You must not use Confetti:

• for any unlawful purpose, or to store data you have no right to hold;
• for fraud, spam, unsolicited marketing calls or harassment;
• to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including malware, probing, scraping or automated abuse.

Intellectual property

Start2Finish retains all ownership of Confetti and its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation and branding. Content you enter into the app remains yours; you grant us only the limited rights needed to provide the Service.

Service level

We work to keep Confetti available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Please keep your own backups of important numbers.

Payment and subscription terms

Confetti costs $2.99 and is billed automatically every three months until you cancel. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our refund policy for the money-back period.

Reseller and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, put the Service or other users at security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using Confetti at any time by cancelling your plan. When access ends, data held on your device remains under your control until you delete it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the content you store in Confetti, unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

General

You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Start2Finish is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction. Questions: support@start2finish.app.
